the art of movement

do you find yourself sitting 8 hours a day, 5 days a week? feeling lazy after work? or it’s so cold/rainy outside you can’t seem to motivate yourself to go on a run? what about sitting in traffic just to get to the gym?

one to one yoga sessions give you the flexibility to take a quick 30 minute break from work, hop on a call and add some movement to your body. rather than sitting in stagnate energy, you can relieve stress easily with specific techniques guided by bridgette.

you have the power to choose your intention for every session. do you want a weekly physical practice? maybe you’re looking to gain flexibility or become a master at a certain posture (asana). do you want to find more mind, body, breath connection? self love? insights? build strength?

whatever it may be, bridgette will mindfully curate and weave in all your needs throughout your journey to reach your desired results.
